1)      Number of Players:  Maximum 15 playersincluding maximum 2 trainees per team

2)      Basis:  5 on 5 full court match

3)      Game Duration:  Group/ Playoffs: Two quarters, 10 minutes each, stop clock atlast minute of 2^nd quarter.

5^th-12^th Place:Two quarters, 10 minutes each, stop clock at last minute of 2^nd quarter.

3^rd Place/ Final:  Four quarters, 10 minutes each, stop clock atlast 2 minutes of 4^th quarter.

4)      Break Time:                    Group/ Playoffs:  2 minutes break in between each quarter.

5^th-12^th Place: 2 minutes break in between each quarter.

3^rd Place/ Final:   2 minutes break in between each quarter; 5 minutes break for half-time.

5)      Time-out:                         Group/ Playoffs:One 1 minute time-out per quarter; maximum 35 minutes per match.

5^th-12^th Place: One 1 minute time-out per quarter; maximum 35 minutes per match.

3^rd Place/ Final: Two 1 minute time-out in 1^st half andthree1 minute time-out in 2^ndhalf.

                                  Only two 1 minute time-out are available in last 2 minutes of 4^th quarter.

6)      Competition:                           

 Group Stage:   Separate 12 teams into 4 groups;

Group A: 3 Teams;

Group B: 3 Teams;

Group C: 3 Teams;

Group D: 3 Teams.

Each groupplays single cycle;

2 points for Winner; and 1 point for Loser;

1^st seed of each groupwill enter playoffs.

“Golden free throw” for any tied game.

 5^th-12^th Place:  8 teams eliminated in group stage will be separated into 2 groups;

 Group A: 4 teams recorded 2^nd seed in group stage;

 Group B: 4 teams recorded 3^rd seed in group stage;

 Teams in group of 2^nd seed will strive for 5^th-8^th Place;

Teams in group of 3^rd seed will strive for 9^th-12^th Place.

Game 1 – Group A 2^nd seed vs Group C 2^nd seed

Game 2 – Group B 2^nd seed vs Group D 2^nd seed

 Game 3 (Winner: 7^th, Loser: 8^th) – Game 1 Loser vs Game 2 Loser

Game 4 (Winner: 5^th, Loser: 6^th) – Game 1 Winner vs Game 2 Winner

 “Golden free throw“ for any tied game.

Same game schedule applied to Group 3^rd seed for 9^th-12^th Place.

Playoffs:                                           

 Game 1 – Group A 1^st seed vs Group C1^st seed

Game 2 – Group B1^st seed vs Group D 1^st seed

 Game 3 (2^nd Runner-up) – Game 1 Loservs Game 2 Loser

Game 4 (Final) – Game 1 Winner vs Game 2 Winner

 5 minutes overtime will be applied for tied game in3^rd Place/ Final.

“Golden free throw” will be applied for tied after 5 minutes overtime.

7)      Team Arrangement: Lots will be drawn for teams’ allocation on D-day by team representative.

8)      Jersey:  Each team has their own jersey with players number clearly displayed.

9)      Assembly Time:  All players must report to Main Counter for registration 30 minutes before game starts with their                         hotel Staff ID.

10)   Prizes:                                                         

 Team     : 

 Champion – Trophy, medals and cash prize HK$5,000;

1^stRunner up – Trophy, medals and cash prize HK$3,000;

2^ndRunner up – Trophy, medals and cash prize HK$2,000;

3^rd Runner up – Trophy, medals and cash prize HK$1,000.
